ACCOMMODATION

Bennett Destination Partners offers accommodation at special prices for the EURALEX Congress. Hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis upon receipt of the deposit (per room) to Bennett Destination Partners. The deposit of DKK 1,000.00 will be deducted from the participant's final hotel invoice upon check out of the hotel.

Hotel booking confirmations and registration confirmations will be sent by separate mail.

Cancellation of accommodation

Cancellation of accommodation without charges is possible until 10. July, 2002. After this date, full cancellation charge of first night is due, unless the room can be resold. Refund of hotel deposit is possible less an administrations charge of DKK 200.00 for cancellation made prior to 10. July, 2002.

All refunds will be made after the congress has taken place.

Sightseeing and tours for accompanying persons/Post-Congress trips

Bennett Destination Partners offers a selection of tours in Copenhagen and its surroundings.

A min. of 15 participants (10 for the bicycle tour) is required to guarantee the tour will take place. Bennett Destination Partners reserves the right to cancel a tour, if the tour in question has not the required participants.
