Important News and Facts

Registration: Bennett Destination Partners will be at the information desk to register Congress participants and excursions at the following times:
Tuesday 13th August: 8.45 - 12.00
Wednesday 14th August: 8.00 - 14-00
Participants arriving after this time should contact CST staff at the information desk.

Information desk: The information desk, which is close to the main entrance, will be manned by CST staff at the following times:
Tuesday 13th August: 8:45 - 10:15 and 13:00 - 14:00
Wednesday 14th August: 8:00 - 10:00 and during all breaks
Thursday 15th August: 8:00 - 9:20 and during all breaks
Friday 16th August: 8:00 - 9:20 and during all breaks
Saturday 17th August: during the coffee break only
In your congress bag you will find the programme and information leaflet with further practical information.

Two links added above with the opening session and the social events

There are still seats available on the Castle tour of North Sealand on August 16 from 13:00-18:00 and the City & Harbour tour on August 17 from 14:00-17:00. All other tours are unfortunately cancelled due to lack of participants.

Ad hoc software demonstrations. Participants wishing to demonstrate software may do so on their own laptop computers on Friday 16th August in room 6.1.66. See the demo page for more information

Participants who have not booked and paid in advance can still sign up for the congress dinner at registration by 13th August the latest, and the payment of DKK 450 must be made in cash. If you require a vegetarian meal, you must inform the registration desk at the time of booking.
