MOSES

Semantic WEB and language technology

MOSES, which stands for "MOdular and Scalable Environment for the Semantic WEB", is a European research project under the IST programme. The project aims to develop a methodology for semantic tagging of WEB data to be used in content-based querying. Language technology will be exploited to support the semantic tagging process and the analysis of natural language queries.

The project will develop a prototype application for content-based querying of university WEB sites.

International cooperation

In MOSES CST cooperates with a number of European partners as well as the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Copenhagen.
