Workshop on Multimodal Corpora and Annotation
Stockholm, 21-22 June 2004
The goal of the workshop is to learn to use existing annotation tools (e.g. Anvil, MATE, Multitools, Wavesurfer), as well as to increase understanding of non-verbal communication in general (gestures, facial expressions, eye-gazing, etc.). Moreover, the workshop aims at defining a useful set of annotation tags and at providing a fragment of a tagged corpus as a starting point for further Nordic collaboration on multimodal resources. The workshop will be held on June 21-22 in Stockholm at the Department of Speech, Music and Hearing of the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).
